Miko 3 is designed with a larger touchscreen, creating a healthy alternative to screen time on phones and tablets. Seamless video chat allows Miko to keep children and parents connected.
Miko 3 engages children with a wide range of academic subjects, including education in multiple languages. Additionally, with Mikode, children can access coding lessons that teach them how to write their own programs to control Miko.
How does Miko work?
Once connected to a secure WiFi network, Miko 3 can interact with your child via voice commands and a simple touchpad. Miko 3's capabilities are as vast as your child's creativity: ask our friendly robot to tell a funny joke, help with math or spelling, sing a lullaby, or even dance. Explore the World of Knowledge app for game-based learning and visit Miko 3's Game Center for stories, quizzes, animal sounds, and more.
The Parent mobile app is required during the setup of your Miko product, which is a one-time event. Your child can continue to use their Miko without the mobile app thereafter.
The mobile app is useful for parents to track their children's progress, make video calls with their child, and upload premium content via the Miko Max subscription.
You can monitor your child from outside while Miko is at home, you can make phone calls or video calls. Your image will appear instead of Miko's face, and you can see your child anytime with Miko's family camera. Thanks to this camera, if you wish, you can also use Miko at home for security, and in emergencies, you can automatically call the pre-defined security force numbers with your recorded voice message stating that there is an emergency and help is needed, and call the police.
What's in the Miko 3 box?
The packaging box contains your Miko 3 robot, as well as a manual and a USB to USB-C charging cable. You can use any adapter to charge your Miko. We recommend charging your Miko 3 only using the provided cable.
Our goal is to make learning fun, so we bring new updates to your Miko 3 that can be downloaded every 15 days. Of course, you can choose not to update, but we recommend updating for your child to receive new and fresh content.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
